Vijayawada: The online registration process for AP EAPCET (Engineering, Agriculture, and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test) 2026 engineering admissions faced technical hurdles on its opening day, July 20, 2026, due to server issues.
The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has scheduled the counseling registration window from July 20 to July 29, 2026. However, on the first day, several candidates were unable to complete their registrations as the portal experienced technical downtime.
Candidates encountered error messages and slow loading times on the official portal during the morning hours of July 20. The Department of Higher Education clarified that the website faced temporary disruption early in the morning due to technical reasons, but the portal was restored shortly afterward and functioned normally. Despite the morning delays, a total of 31,911 candidates successfully registered for counselling by 9:00 PM on Day 1.
Candidates are advised to complete their registration, fee payment, and certificate uploading within the stipulated deadline of July 29, 2026, via the official admission portal (eapcet-sche.aptonline.in).
