The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has officially postponed the Integrated 72nd Combined (Preliminary) Competitive Examination 2026. The BPSC 72nd CCE aims to fill 1,186 vacancies for various Group A and Group B administrative positions, including Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM), Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP), and Revenue Officer.
The preliminary exam was scheduled to be held on July 26, 2026 (Sunday). According to the official notice issued by the BPSC Examination Controller on July 18, 2026, the exam has been deferred due to "unavoidable reasons. A revised date has not yet been announced. The commission stated that a fresh schedule will be issued shortly via a separate notification.
Candidates are advised to continue their preparation and regularly monitor the official BPSC website for updates on the new examination date and admit card release.
