The
attention of the District Educational Officers in the state is invited
to the references 3st and 4nd cited, wherein instructions were issued
authorizing the District Collectors to carry out the adjustment of
teachers within the district after duly analyzing school-wise and
subject-wise requirements based on student enrolment. Further, vide
reference 5th cited, all the District Educational Officers were
instructed to complete the adjustment of teachers from surplus schools
to needy schools. Accordingly, all the District Educational Officers
have completed the adjustment process for the year 2025-2026.
In
this regard, clearly instructions are issued to all the District
Educational Officers in the State to issue clear instructions to the
concerned Mandal Educational Officers (MEOs) and Headmasters (HMs) not
to relieve the teachers who have been sent from surplus schools to needy
schools on the basis of work adjustment on 22nd April 2026. They should
continue to work in their present schools if there is requirement of
the concerned subject teacher in the deputed school
Therefore,
all the District Educational Officers in the stat are requested to take
necessary steps for work adjustment of surplus teachers with the
approval of the District Collector by following all instructions issued
in reference 3rd to 5th cited, within the district to depute surplus
teachers to schools where vacancies arise due to retirement, long leave,
or any other reasons and ensure the smooth functioning of such schools,
duly analyzing the school wise and subject wise requirement based on
the enrolment as on 20.06.2026 in accordance with the guidelines
prescribed in G.O. Ms. No. 25.
