The State School Education Department, Telangana has announced the recruitment of 683 Special Needs Educated Teachers in 683 PM SHRI schools across the state. School Education Director Naveen Nicholas has issued official orders sanctioning these temporary appointments.

Total Vacancies: 683 Posts (One special educator for each of the 683 PM SHRI schools).
Employment Duration: The recruitment is strictly on a temporary basis for a period of 5 months, starting from November to March.
Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must have completed a B.Ed in Special Education or a PG Diploma in Special Education from a recognized institution.
Remuneration: Selected candidates will receive a monthly honorarium of ₹16,500.
Budget Allocated: The government has sanctioned a total budget of ₹5.63 Crores to meet the honorarium expenses for this 5-month period.
This initiative aims to provide inclusive education and specialized guidance to children with special needs studying in PM SHRI schools. Detailed guidelines regarding the application process and selection criteria are expected to be released soon by the district educational authorities.
